Payment, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

1. Payment Requirements

• In-Person Classroom Courses: A $25 deposit is required at registration to reserve your seat. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the start of class on the day of training.

• Blended Learning Courses (Online + In-Person Skills): Full payment is required prior to class attendance and course activation. 

  • • Pay the required amount for your desired course listed above in order to be registered for class. Once payment is received, the American Red Cross online learning access link will be issued automatically to your email so you can begin your coursework right away.

    • For Students Who Already Purchased Red Cross Online Modules: If you paid for and completed your online learning directly through RedCross.org, you only need to register for the hands-on skills testing. Your fee will be reduced to cover in-person classroom evaluation only. Please call (254) 906-0330 to verify your completion certificate and book your skills session.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations 48+ Hours Notice: You may cancel up to 48 hours before your scheduled class time to receive a refund for any payments made minus the non-refundable deposit, or you may transfer your booking to a future date at no additional charge.

• Cancellations Under 48 Hours & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 48 hours of class time, as well as no-shows, forfeit the deposit. If you wish to reschedule after a late cancellation or no-show, a $15 rescheduling fee will apply.

• Blended Learning Courses: For blended learning classes, the $25 fee is strictly non-refundable once the online learning link/access code has been issued, as online keys cannot be canceled or reused.

3. Rescheduling Window

• All rescheduled classes must be completed within 30 days of the original course date‼️
